Endpoint VPN drop, reconnect, drop, ....

we using endpoint vpn for Mac and windows, it's mainly for mac but also testing with windows, we are finding with the windows device when it's set to (route all traffic to gateway) that the device connects straightaway then drops connection then reconnects, and does this continuously. yet with the same setup and using a Mac it' connects and stays connected.

I've google and some say to enable the 2 following options?

any ideas what could cause this?

What log entries do you see when the clients connect and disconnect?

Any other logs surrounding it?

Of course, anytime you disable some of these default rules, there is always the potential that disabling them may have an unintended side effect such as this.
