E80.92 MEPP Blade breaks USB completely

Hi,

Encountered issue with MEPP E80.92. After installation, USB on machine stops working. Tried on 3 Laptops all 3 are broken in the same way, see screenshot below.

Anyone seen this issue?

Hi Tom,

It is not an issue we've seen in E80.92 MEPP, can you please open a support ticket so that we can take a look at this issue?

hi,

In this case the problem was caused by McAfee DLPe UpperFilters, left over after un-installation.

Had to remove manually all occurrences of hdlpdbk

 MEPP and USB are OK now.
