Hi All
Does any one know if its possible to deploy the Checkpoint MSI file through Group Policy.
If possible how ?
Hi,
It is possible.
You should use EPS.msi package exported from Endpoint Management with the desired blades.
You can google for "deploy MSI Packages Using Group Policy" in order to get step-by-step GPO configuration process.
I found these links for example:
Creating an Endpoint Package with SCCM - YouTube
Installing Software Using GPO - YouTube
12. Software Deployment through group policy in Windows Server 2012 R2 (70-410) - YouTube
Use this process for installation on a clean machine only!
If there is already installed EPS on a computer, then we recommend to use Software Deployment rules you can set in Endpoint Management.
Good luck!
