See sk133172 for more information on E80.86 release.
Macintosh users still need to stay with E80.71 for Mac OS clients (sk121595).
Hi,
It would be great to be informed about the enhancements and fixes the releases provide.
For example E80.86 Anti-Exploit: Enhanced protection against attempts to bypass Anti-Exploit protection
What does this mean, how to configure (if any configuration) and how to bypass if needed
The release E80.86 what is fixing?
Thanks
Charris Lappas
Note that we're generally releasing new Endpoint Security clients month.
The full details are in the SK Danny links above.
To your specific question, it does not appear there is any specific configuration for the "Enhanced protection against attempts to bypass Anti-Exploit protection" -- it's one of those under the hood improvements.
If it turns out that it causes issues in your environment, you should engage with the TAC.
I believe that all Checkmates would appreciate a little more inside info on top of the SKs.
Thanks,
Charris Lappas
Certainly if it's information we can share, we will
My guess is releasing more information about this might give the bad guys a clue what we're doing.
