Please look here: "SA not found" error when FDE is loading on Dell Latitude **50 / **70 series

What machine model is this ?

What mode is the machine in AHCI ? RAID ?

secure boot enabled ?

does it have more than 1 disk ? what type of disk ?

what version of endpoint FDE is installed ?

version of Windows installed ?
