How works the user expiration date

I have a question about the expiration date for Checkpoint users.

Does it mean it ends in the night of 12/31/2018 to 1/1/2019 at 0:00

or does it work the whole day 1/1/2019 until 0:00 to 1/2/2019?

The question is.  When does it expire? 0:00 at 1/1/19 oer 23:59 1/1/19
