FDE over VPN

Hello, in this new world of most of our users working from home we have had to put our FDE project on hold. Are there any issues of adding the policy to encrypt the users hard drive while the user being connected by VPN. I do not want to end up with user not being able to logon after the drive has been encrypted. Thanks in advance for any help!

VPN or not, the process to recover a lost password with FDE is still the same and is based on a one time token generated by the recovery tool.

Considering FDE is capturing the domain login, should not be a problem to run, VPN or otherwise.
