Blades and client Endpoint Security

Good day,

I included in console SmartEndpoint the few blades, in the client blades appeared in state Not configuration and I turn off there blades.

This action could affect the client connection?

The client  doesnt connect for along time, although the laptop is connected by cable in the corporate network.
