Our Capsule Cloud Logging stopped transferring logs to our log server on Nov 19, 2018.  Looking for a root cause I found  there was a reported 'Capsule Cloud Portal is Unstable' that occurred on Nov. 19, 2018.  I have opened a case with TAC and waiting for a call now.  Did anyone else see this?

Here is what was reported by CP:

OK, what I posted this morning is probably a coincidence (rabbit hole).

My real problem is this: My LTA OPSEC cannot establish sic with the Capsule Cloud LTA service: I get initialized but trust not established.  I have tried re-creating both entities and get the same results.  I do not know how to troubleshoot this and really need some help.  Last year the first time I configured the LTA, I went through the documentation and everything worked, not so today.
