Unidentified users are not redirected to Captive potal

Hi Guys,

We configured a 3200 appliance and enabled captive portal with browser based authentication. Once an unauthorized user comes user is not redirected automatically to the URL.

If the user types the URL manually and type his credentials it will work .

How to fix the redirect issue?

Is the user accessing an HTTPS URL by chance?
If so, without HTTPS Inspection, you won't get redirected to the relevant URL.
