SmartMove object is not unique

Recently used SmartMove to migrate a ASA policy to Check Point.

It was necessary to do some manual work regarding the creation of some groups as I was getting "object telnet is not unique".

upon further investiagion I found that we had two objects for the telnet service: telnet and Telnet.

The tool is not able to determine that the service name are different. One with a lower case t and one with a captial T. Is this done by design or is this an opportunity for code inprovement?

I have the same with SRX.
And what with objects "blabla-in"?
code: "err_validation_failed"
message: "Validation failed with 1 blocking-error"
blocking-errors:
- message: "The word: 'in' is a reserved word"
