Any kind of non-ASCII characters in the original config?

Hi Libin,

Seems like an issue in the Cisco configuration file.

We'll contact you offline to investigate.

I'd like to update that the issue that was reported in the thread was caused by a wrong Cisco configuration:

there were two different object types with the same name - object-group and network-object.

this introduced an ambiguity to the tool and it failed to correctly parse the objects.

Nevertheless, a newer version of the tool (version 1.3.6434.20576) exposes an improved error reporting dialog.

When encountering an issue with SmartMove, please make sure you use the latest version of the tool, as published in sk115416.
