Hi all,

I have recently completed my CCSA certification but it is not visible in my profile although I have the score report from Pearson Vue. What do I need to get the certification showing up in my profile?

Hi Joao,

congratulations on your CCSA. I was also waiting for my latest Cert to show up and it took exactly one week (5 business days) after I received the results email from Pearson.

Just be patient 😀

It can take up to 3 working days before it shows in the Check Point UserCenter.
You need to make sure that the account on the UserCenter is an exact match with the account connected to your PearsonVue account.

Now what do I need to do to get the badge in Acclaim?
