No Certification after taking CCSA and CCSE exams

Hi Team,

I took CCSA exam on 1st June 2019, however still i haven't received my Certificate. In my Checkpoint Account, it's showing me that "According to our records, no certification information was found for axxxx@kkkk.com". Please, let me know what should I do? to have my certificate ASAP. I have appeared exam through Pearson Vue. I do have Score Report with me let me know if i need to share it with you.

Hi and congratulations.

It takes about 3 weeks to process the results, granted you have used the same email address on your Pearson Vue and User Center accounts.

If your certification does not appear on the User Center profile at the beginning of July, please reach out to Educational Services
