Hey guys, I have a question. My CCSM R77.30 expired last month and since it was valid I could not take CCSM R77.30 in PearsonVue again (CCSM R80 was not ready). So now I am with expired CCSM, do I need to pass CCSE R80 before taking CCSM R80 (CCSE R77.30 expired long time of course) or I can go sthraight to CCSM R80?

Your question – “Is it possible to upgrade few days/weeks expired CCSM without going CCSA->CCSE->CCSM steps journey?”

Answer – Yes, if the engineer has passed version CCSM, he can now take the r80.10 CCSM to update his certification profile.

It's just dawned on me that having a valid CCSM R77.30, to update my benefits for another 2 years I just need to pass the CCSM R80 and thus evade CCSE R80 update/upgrade exam with all its GUI questions stuff Cool.

Hi @Danny ,

I noticed that the document title refers to CPTS-DOC-CCSM-SG-R77 on page 2 and also the last page refers to R77.x.

Could you please confirm whether it's the most updated until now or CCSM R77 SG is valid for CCSM R80 exam as well?
