Need Acces for to Read some SK

Hi Team,

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to log in to the Check Point website using my personal ID to access some SecureKnowledge (SK) articles, but I’m currently unable to access them.

Could someone please guide me on how I can access SK articles if my current organization is not a Check Point partner?

Is there any way to associate/add my personal Check Point ID to an account or portal that would allow me to access these SK articles? If anyone from Check Point or the community can guide me on the correct process or help me get the required access, I would really appreciate it.

You will need an admin of an appropriate account with a valid support contract to add you.

the classification of Check Point Support Web Articles is defined by Product Management and R&D and access is granted for partners and end customers accordingly. If you want to elevate access rights of your organization, please contact the Check Point Sales Representative for your area (for example using the partner registration link here).
