Missing CCSA Certification

Hi,

I came to know about this forum recently,

I passed CCSA exam in 2016, I have not recieved certificate incheckpoint portal or to my email. And also I cannot see my certification under My Certifications page., Is there a chance to get my certificate on CCSA. Though i knew it would got expired but i feel still it is worth having it.

Can some one help me on this or Is there anyone I can contact to check this?

Just to be sure, the CCSA certification acquired in 2016 should expire in 2018. Why would you seek to recover it after so many years?

You should be able to log into checkpoint.com with the email address that you used to register for the exam and your certification, and then download a PDF copy of your certification.

If you experience any problems, then you should open a non-technical Service Request and Account Services will give you an official response.
