I am going to take CCTA exam and still confusing the below two questions. Could someone help to guide me the correct answer?

I believe the answers mentioned below are incorrect.

NO.3 What is true concerning fw monitor?
A. fw monrtor is available on all management server platforms and the syntax is the same
everywhere
B. fwmonitor is available on all platforms and even the syntax is the same on all gateways
C. fwmonitor has been obsoleted by tcpdump with R80.10
D. tcpdump syntax can be used in fw monitor for deeper analysis
Answer: A

NO.26 How many different types of Service Requests exist?
A. 2
B. 5
C. 3
D. 4

My guess "B" because I got this message for #fw monitor on the MGMT: "Local host is not a FireWall-1 module" In this case we can't talk about syntax

NO.26 How many different types of Service Requests exist?

My guess "C", because the are only 3 choices

Question 1 -> 100% B

Question 2 -> Its confusing, because its technically 3, but then could be 5 as well, if you are talking about severity (1-5)

Answer B is correct for both questions. At the time the CCTA courseware was written there were 5 service request types:

Technical Product Issue

Technical Cloud Issue

Non-Technical Issue

Content Classification

RMA
