Cannot access Pearson Vue

I’m trying to register for CCSA exam, and when I try to log into Pearson Vue for the CheckPoint exam, it says my login is wrong. When I try to reset my password it says my account doesn’t exist, but if I try to set up the account with the same username it tells me it’s taken.
PearsonVue are not helpful, and seem to be doing the bare minimum.
While CP now requires MFA to log in, I don’t get prompted for an MFA code at Pearson.
And I can log into Pearson for Cisco, PAN, AWS exams no problem.
Can anyone else log into Pearson for Check Point?

Pearson Vue and Check Point login details are not linked.

FWIW I can login to Pearson Vue without issue

Is this your first time you are logging to PearsonVue? If yes, you need to create an account. Use the same email you have for your UC account, to make sure the certificate will be posted correctly.

OK. Opened a new PV account with my Check Point Partner ID as username, rather than my email address (kept erroring saying my email address was already in use !!!). Was able to start a new account there.
