Missing Certification under My Certification

I passed both CCTA and CCTE for 81.x the same day ( 2nd July ) ,and I was a CCSA + CCSE so I expect to receive CCSM certification.

under my certification on Checkpoint site I cannot see the CCTA exam ,and so the CCSM certification.
( I have creedy badge for CCTA and CCTE ,but CCSM is missing )
is there anyone to contact for this kind of issue?

You need 1 more certificates in order to get CCSM certificate(I only see CCTE):

Check Point Certified Security Master
With Check Point’s path to Security Mastery, you will need to achieve
2 Infinity Specialist Accreditations after the CCSE.

I suppose you didn't read the post 🙂

i have CCSA + CCSE + CCTA + CCTE ,but on "my certification" the CCTA exam/cert is still missing.

Open ticket for this. Or wait couple more days sometimes it takes a bit more time. And I did read the post and CCTA does not show in the screenshot, that is the problem.

You need 4 to get CCSM.
