Hi,

I passed my CCSA R81.2 exam on April 08th, 2024. I have verified that my User Center email and the email provided for Pearson VUE are the same. I have received score report from Pearson VUE and an email from Checkpoint stating that I have earned a badge. But my certificate is still not available in My Info > My Certifications in my User Center account. Please help me with this.

Thank You
