Exam Certification not updated in UC

I passed the CCSA 156-215.81 exam taken at a Pearson VUE testing center on Dec 22nd 2023. I have verified that my User Center email and the email provided during the exam registration is match. How long does it normally take for a certification to populate in User Center after passing the exam? Looking for your assistance here. Thanks.

It may take up to 3 weeks, often faster.

As @Chris_Atkinson mentioned, it takes up to 3 weeks to update it on UC. You also need to take into account the holiday season, which may cause another week of delay. If your certificate does not appear in mid-January, please open a non-technical request for it via https://help.checkpoint.com

I did troubleshoot expert last year during Christmas season and it took less than a week to show up, so its usually way faster than 3 weeks.
