I think this is not the case with you. Same case was happened with me as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can send email to &lt;A href="mailto:'certification@checkpoint.com'"&gt;certification@checkpoint.com&lt;/A&gt; with your details. They will upload certificate to your user center account or they will email certificate copy to registered email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable To See CCSA Certificate associated with my account</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have given CCSA exam on 29th September 2018, however still i haven't received my Certificate. In my Checkpoint Account, it's showing me that "According to our records, no certification information was found for xxx.@xxx.com". Please, let me know what should I do? to have my certificate ASAP. I have appeared exam through Pearson Vue. I do have Score Report with me let me know if i need to share it with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Candidate ID:-CP0000101724&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Registration:-342077820&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if any further details are needed and please do needful.
