    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have given the CCSA exam on 25th September 2021, however I still&amp;nbsp; haven't received my Certificate in my Checkpoint Account, it's showing me that "According to our records, no certification information was found for&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:priya.sh.0512@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;priya.sh.0512@gmail.com&lt;/A&gt;". Please, let me know what should I do? to have my certificate ASAP. I have appeared for an exam through Pearson Vue. I do have a Score Report with me let me know if I need to share it with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Candidate ID: ‎CP0000117204‎&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Registration ID: 406241855&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It usually takes up to three weeks for certificate to appear on your usercenter account. As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/597"&gt;@Timothy_Hall&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, you can reach out to &lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6667"&gt;@Jason_Tugwell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if there is a chance to speed this up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
