NO CERTIFICATION AFTER PASSING CCSA 156-215.80 EXAM

Dear Team,

Please help me out to get the certificate as I have passed CCSA exam 156-215.80 on 12/01/2021 but no certificate received from Checkpoint in my registered E mail id or in checkpoint user center . Both email id is same for Pearson vue and CP user center.

Also I sent an Email to certifications@checkpoint.com no reply from CP till date.

My exam particulars are given below.
