Missing Certificate

Hello Check Point,

I took the CCSE last week (04SEP2020) and passed. I checked my User Center account and I do not see the certificate there yet. I realize it may be too soon, but the reason I was asking is because when I took the CCSA I received an email letting me know my certificate had been added to my account on the same day I took the test, so I am just making sure there is not a problem. Could somebody let me know please. Thank you.

It takes about 3-4 weeks for certificate to appear.

In any case, please make sure the same email address is used for the exam and your User Center account

Thanks everybody for the responses. The email address I used is the same for the exam and the User Center. I did go ahead and open a non-technical ticket. Thanks again.
