CCSBA Agent Lab login not working.

I'm unable to login to the lab for the first time using my partner email and the provided class password. I am getting the error ; Email or password incorrect.

I’m having the same issue using the link for the Americas so the platform may be having issues.

The labs for the CCSBA course used a different platform and worked fine.
