No Certification reveived after taking CCSE exam successfully in 30 April

Hello folks

I have passed CCSE exam successfully with Personvue in 30 April ,but until now there is no update in My Certification (Only the CCSA ).

my email on both Personvue and checkpoint user center is : zakiddine.younes@gmail.com , checkpoint ID is : ID: CP0000107257

i appreciate if someone could help , or point me toward the right process to follow in order to fix that issue .

Please be patient. It takes up to four weeks for your certificate to appear. If no certificate is shown till end of May, open a request with accounting team.
