My city (Belo Horizonte,MG,Brazil) started to create social restrictions in the same week. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="tlid-translation translation"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I called at the test center and suggested postponing the test.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="tlid-translation translation"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;As the date was 24h before the exam, VUE charged me 50 dollars to reschedule ! ! !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="tlid-translation translation"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I can't find any place on the Checkpoint or VUE website to request a refund and at the test center they informed me that I have to ask Checkpoint.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="tlid-translation translation"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Does anyone know the channel to request a refund?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
