    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had three customers with the issue in the last month - two of them could only resolve the issue by rebuilding the GW from scratch. Steps that minimize downtime:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- get a same model SMB unit&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- open WebGUI for both units at once and configure the other unit with identical settings&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- make a backup from the other unit with identical settings&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;---&amp;gt; downtime begins&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- restore this backup to the unit with the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;---&amp;gt; End&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- re-activate the license&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a problem configuring port forwarding for a client, each change to the firewall there is a pop up that says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Error has occurred while applying the Network Objects settings(error 00362).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be done about this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Tried checking the old &lt;SPAN&gt;sk175503, unfortunately it has been deleted&lt;/SPAN&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which firmware version/build are you using with this appliance and which model is it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this gateway connected to SMP and is there anything special about the Internet connection?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The SK is still available for Check Point employees.&lt;BR /&gt;It says to disconnect the appliance from SMP, then reconnect it to SMP.&lt;BR /&gt;If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the TAC: &lt;A href="https://help.checkpoint.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.checkpoint.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
