SSL VPN Issues

Dear Member,

I'm using S2S VPN tunnel from my HQ to Branch Office, HQ office using Checkpoint SMB 1550 and Branch office in PA-220. VPN is up and running working fine.

Example : HQ IP address 203.87.77.158

: Branch IP Address 103.110.194.202

Branch Office configuring for Global Protect VPN to access from HQ office purpose of Backup. The problem is i cannot browse the Global Protect Portal Address and GP Portal Gateway from HQ network once the VPN is up and running. But when i disable the VPN tunnel, Global Protect VPN Portal can browse from HQ Network and can connect via GP software.

What i need to do to access the GP Remote Access VPN at the same time S2S VPN is up and running.

Check if this works:

In SmartConsole > Security Gateway object > Network Management > VPN Domain, users enable Exclude gateway's external IP addresses from the VPN Domain.
