    <description>&lt;P&gt;After upgrade from version 81.10 to 81.10.07, after reboot I lose remote VPN connectivity with my appliance. Later, I have found that I have lost my configuration after upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I connected to my appliance I had to pass First time configuration wizzard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily, I had a backup and I have done restore of configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Critical issue !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You also should be able to return to the last firmware version including configuration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had exactly the same issue yesterday. I though it was because of a bad room temperature/humidity combo but apparently it is a more wide spread disaster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;we tried to replicate the Issue in QA, so far without success.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;maybe it is related to specific configuration.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;please open TAC case and ask for a Task.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you can also share your configuration/backup with us (&lt;A href="mailto:amiray@checkpoint.com" target="_blank"&gt;amiray@checkpoint.com&lt;/A&gt;) so we can this specific configuration in QA.&lt;/P&gt;
