SmartProvisioning - Question

Hello,

I am using SmartProvisioning on my SMB Appliances.

I got:

"Gateways Status" = Waiting
"Policy Status" = Waiting
"Provisioning Status" = Unknown

I have connectivity to the gateways,

If I am pressing on "Get status detail" - I got the informaion.

In addtion if I am attching profile to the device it is working.
For example = change DNS, after publish it is changing gateway DNS.

My question is: how to update the status of the above mentioned values?
Is it bug? or maybe GUI problem?

Hello,

I read it and is is not the cases in my environment.

My Mangement also running R81.10

I noticed when I running "Get Status Detail" in the end I got:

"Provisioning Status: Unknown
Message: Security Gateway didn't sync at it's Next Sync Time"

Maybe it is related to it how some, but I didn't find something related to it or how to sync it.
