      <description>&lt;P&gt;In general, NAT happens on the ingress before packets are routed.&lt;BR /&gt;For traffic originating from the gateway, this doesn’t generally apply.&lt;BR /&gt;What is the precise use case for performing a ping in this manner?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
