Hello,

Once you have connected your PC directly to the management interface, you can do initial configuration.

https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/SMB_R80.20.20/AdminGuides/Centrally_Managed/EN/Topics/Connecting-Cables.htm

This includes configuring the management interface to an IP address that matches your LAN. You will also configure the default route and DNS settings.

I may have understood wrong, but from our message it sounds like the management IP address was never changed to an IP on your local LAN.

Maybe this would help you? Check the LAN switch part, maybe all LAN parts are part of one LAN switch? I am just guessing because I have no idea what has been done.

https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/SMB_R80.20.20/AdminGuides/Centrally_Managed/EN/Topics/Configuring-Local-Network.htm?tocpath=Appliance%20Configuration%7CManaging%20the%20Device%7C_____3

Also have you already updated the firmware? Put the latest image on an USB and reboot the unit.

It will go factory again but then you have a good start (otherwise use webinterface to update).
