Is it on prem or remote? If latter, you can connect to the console and run fw unloadlocal from the CLI after logging in. Mind this will stop the traffic. Once done, you should be able to re-connect to the box via WebUI. Then roll back the changes.

Hello everybody,

Having trouble establishing a site-to-site VPN connection from our premises (Quantum Spark 1570 firewall) to an Azure VPN Gateway, i decide to add my own local LAN to the encryption subnets that are behind that Azure Gateway.

As a result, my firewall is not pingable anymore and i cannot connect to the admin console via browser.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

If you run fw unloadlocal, it probably will be pingable again. BUT, be careful, as running that allows all incoming connections to the fw, but also prevents all traffic passing through the gateway.
