Proxy arp for SMB Device 1530

I could not find the Gaia Portal's Proxy arp settings tab. The add arp proxy ipv4-address command does not work on the command line. There is no $FWDIR/conf/local.arp file.
How can I add proxy arp settings to gaia embeeded?

If the file doesn't exist it should be created.

Which version and central or local mgmt?

If it's not working per sk114531 then it should be taken with TAC for investigation.
