Hi G_W_Albrecht

Thank you for replying. This means, I define the interface on both FWs put it in HA and then setup DHCP. Like this, I will have DHCP available also after switchover.
This is great.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi community

I have 2 quantum sparc 1800 firewalls in HA cluster. On one interface I need the DHCP server enabled. This Inteface should be HA enabled. Do I have to enable the DHCP server on this interface on both firewalls first before enable HA or should I put the interface in HA and then just enable DHCP on the active FW (on the st-by FW the interface settings are greyed out after enable HA). Will the st-by FW then have DHCP enabled as well in case of switchover?

Can you tell me, what the correct process is for that?

Thank you very much.

In Spark SMB HA Clusters, all config except basic / FTW config is synced from the active member !
