With my Check Point 1570W I have an annoying issue.

For the most of the websites, when I try to open one of them (for example Sharepoint) I receive an error of connection... whithout do anything, after 3/5 seconds the page is loaded correctly on its own.

It's not always in that way, but in the 80% of the cases.

I haven't VPN on it and I've already tried to disable all the security features (IPS; ANTIVIRUS, ecc....) without success.

It's really hard to help you without any details about your policy, SW version in use, etc.

Contact TAC - they can do a quick RAS and have a look into your configuration, so the issue could be resolved in very short time...

If you send us screenshot of the rules and the error, we might be able to help. Its very difficult to say based on what you mentioned why it happens. More info we get, more we can help ; - )
