topic AD Users and Remote Access in Spark Firewall (SMB)

Hi, i have a Quantum 6200 and a Spark 1800 both managed by Smart-1 Cloud. The 6200 is connected to Active Directory and remote to site VPN connections with access roles are working fine but I'm struggling to put it working with 1800, the connection always fails if I connect remote VPN through 1800 appliance with users from AD. With 6200 in Smart-1 Cloud can this be achieved with a 1800?

Hi, I forked this off from the thread you posted this as it's a completely different problem (Remote Access versus Identity Awareness).
Does your 1800 have the ability to reach the Active Directory server via LDAP?
Without that, the 1800 probably won't be able to authenticate the AD users directly.
