Centrally upgrade of Embedded gaia

Hello Community,

is there a tool for central update / upgrade of Embedded Gaia (SMB) like the Central Deployment Tool (CDT) for the "normal" Gaia Gateways.

All embedded Gaia gateways are centrally managed via a Smart 1.

Mgmt Server is R81.10

1470 with R77.20

We are aware of this need and it's already part of 81.20

While using 81.20 management you will be able to select the SMB machine on the gateways view, right click and select to install hotfix or to upgrade the SMB

Several SMB machines can be selected and upgraded in a single operation

Unfortunately, in 81.10 this ability is not available

Was possible in Legacy SmartUpdate using Distribute Package...

Uih cool. This is definitely a reason to quickly update to R81.20. Then I'm looking forward to when the GA will be released...

thank you. I know this from R77 times. I was just wondering because there are only 2 different builds in sk153433 (For R80.x SmartUpdate and R77.30 SmartUpdate and SmartProvisioning).

Does SmartUpdate still work to roll out updates with R81.10?

I think so - all functionality is still there except SmartProvisioning...

As far as I know, this is only the newer SMB appliances, correct? (i.e. not ones running R77.x code)
