    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We got on 7 out of 8 devices Quantum Spark 1570 Appliance with R80.20.35 (992002613) the following error message when the system tries to update the AntiBot Signatures:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Update failed. Contract entitlement check failed. Gateway can not access internet ("&lt;A href="https://updates.checkpoint.com/WebService/services/DownloadMetaDataService" target="_blank"&gt;https://updates.checkpoint.com/WebService/services/DownloadMetaDataService&lt;/A&gt;"). Check connectivity and proxy settings.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the connectivity with wget on the affected devices (and also on the one that is fine), all devices are able to connect to updates.checkpoint.com. (Not every device connects to the same updates.checkpoint.com IP)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what is going wrong?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Beat&lt;/P&gt;</description>
