    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firmware version is R77.20.87 (990173004)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to reboot gateway but without success. Also, I checked for update but didn't find one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I opened a case and received instructions for manual update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please download latest release from our support Web site - &lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?action=portlets.DCFileAction&amp;amp;eventSubmit_doGetdcdetails=&amp;amp;fileid=120169" target="_self"&gt;SK120169&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After instaling&amp;nbsp;R77_990173120_20.img everything works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks everyone for suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my SMB 750 appliance when I try to open Policy I receive error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to load the rule base.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System error: An internal error has occurred.&lt;BR /&gt;If the problem persists please contact Check Point Technical Assistance Center&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Web server error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you attempted to reboot or upgrade the device recently, what version &amp;amp; build is it running?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just curious, though you got excellent responses so far, does this happen on any given browser you try? If so, then its definitely an appliance issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
