      <title>WAN Probing failed -  no internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently trying to install a 1570 R80.20 but unable to connect to the internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection as follows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;internet 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WAN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Static IP 41.x.x.26&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GW&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;41.x.x.25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;255.255.255.252&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DNS as provided from the ISP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;default route was created automatically was I added the GW into the WAN connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the 1570 and WAN GW (ISP) is directly connected via RJ45&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not even ping from the firewall to the GW and then since this is cloud managed the 1570 cant get to the smart-1 cloud&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also gave my laptop the same static IP address 41.x.x26 and connect directly to ISP via RJ45&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to ping the GW and get out onto the internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so for the strange part&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the LAN subnet&amp;nbsp; 192.168.10.x I am able to get to the internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would leave as is for awhile if it was locally managed but I need the firewall to&amp;nbsp; contact smart-1 cloud to get updated access policies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to role back to old solution for now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas ?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nope will upgrade to that version&lt;BR /&gt;Initial out the box setup the WAN link light would come on once plugged into my router and then the port would go dead - my router said not Ethernet cable plugged in - did all the standard cable checks etc..&lt;BR /&gt;Only when I plugged directly into LAN1 and ran through the setup wizard did the link come up - after that it was stable&lt;BR /&gt;and was able to setup cloud management&lt;BR /&gt;But now this issue when connecting into the client ISP WAN router&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
