SMB 1800 - Download Backup Issue

I'm getting an error message when trying to download the backup taken from the SMB 1800 Appliance. Error below for reference.

Having the same issue here.
Download of backup zip file using the SMB 1550 Web interface fails with error, like:

"[{"type":"rpc","result":{"messages":{"fullMessages":{"systemError":[{"type":"system_error","msgParams":[],"code":"CODE_SYS_ERROR","text":"Web server error"}]},"systemError":["Web server error"]},"data":[],"success":false},"tid":32}]"

Did you ever found out the reason for the error?

Did it work before (with the same firmware version) ? Is the newest firmware installed (R81.10.07 Build 996001430) ?

The issue occurred when running this version:
R81.10.05 (996001301)

Upgraded to below version , in which it is resolved :
R81.10.07 (996001430)

This is a known issue that has been resolved in R81.10.07 and later versions. As a workaround, you can execute rm -rf /flash/storage.
