HI all,

I have configured an Remote access using 2 factor authentication. First authentication is local user database and second one is SMS code with DynamicID feature.

It works great but what if the sms provider has a problem and cannot forward SMS code?

Do you know any way to implement only local authentication if SMS provider is not reachable?

Thanks.

Not with Quantum Spark Gateways, afaik ! With the Quantum GAiA GWs it is possible as in R80.10 and higher Mobile Access and IPsec VPN gateways, you can configure multiple login options. The options can be different for each gateway and each supported Software Blade, and for some client types. Users select one of the available options to log in with a supported client.
