      <title>CP 750 Incoming SIP connection not work.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with telephone connections to my SLACAN exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIP connection is valid but blocked by UTM Checkpoint 750.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only outgoing connections work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming calls from outside (city) are not working. The headquarters does not speak.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The logs show that the connection from the SIP server comes and is accepted by the firewall, but the connection is not established.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else can I do to start the connection?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Checkpoint 750 in another location and the SIP routing is working. But the telephony service provider is a different company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screenshots in the attachment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I redirected SIP ports manually and disabled SIP_UDP and SIP_TCP inspection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a service, I added manually entered SIP ports, omitting the ready-made configuration implemented in Checkpoint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is working fine now. However, I have no insight into the security logs about SIP, but it is not important.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
