Check Point SMP cloud Renewal Lapse

Hi,

Any customer with a 1500 series appliance will be entitled an SMP portal.

Question is:

- What happens when the renewal of the appliance lapse?

- Will the SMP portal be still accessabile by the customer? Is there any grace period for this portal?

- Any chance the portal will get deleted forever?

Hi James,

The SMP tenant for the customer isn’t deleted automatically upon renewal laps and we provide a grace period of 30 days before access to SMP is restricted.

Hello @AviG ,

The SMP Cloud renewal comes with the Spark 1500 Support Renewal?? Or is necessary to renew also NGFW/NGTP/SNBT subscriptions?

Hi @MikeB . The necessary renewal is the service (NGFW/NGTP/SNBT) and not the support.
