Right

it's from the SMP UI. No API at the moment

Hello CheckMates,

does anyone knows a way to monitor the state of the appliances connected to cloud SMP ?

Via SMP-portal you can configure notifications and send mail messages if disconnected, but we want to proactivly monitor this state.

With SMP-API you can set a lot of the features and show attributes of the gateways but I've nothing seen for the state.

Hi

for the available list of SMP API, you can have a look at the link below.

as for the question -

You can’t monitor individual GW status connected to the SMP,

But can get an overview status of connected / disconnected from the SMP (in your domain)

maybe I'm wrong but I can't find anything releated to your mentioned overview in the API documentation ?

there was a way to do custom alerting for this in older SMP. 8-9 timeframe?
