Given that this is the cloud checkpoint hosted version, I would hope it doesn’t. I am asking where the ids for the firmware are documented,

This id is NOT documented on the SK. This is a SMP question specifically.

The SK documents all firmware versions that you can use on locally, centrally, SMP or Cloud managed SMBs. SMP lists the available firmware versions in GWs or Plans > services > firmware but i do not see any additional ID apart from the Version and Build number shown...

I think we consulted with the relevant teams before regarding SMP firmware...
Unfortunately, it seems we don't have control over the firmware that is uploaded to the cloud SMP domain, even if we knew its firmware ID.

If you need a specific firmware listed in your SMP domain, you can raise a ticket to TAC to request the upload.

Sounds correct to me ! We must remember that the deployment of new firmware apart from manual download and install from UC, performed by searching updated firmware on the WebGUI, is always done lagging - and sometimes, no newer version appears although it has been released. I always prefer an older but stable build to one that is newer, has additional features but is not very stable...
